užtikrinamasis finansinis įsipareigojimas statusas Aprobuotas sritis kredito ir finansų įstaigos apibrėžtis Įsipareigojimas, kurio įvykdymą užtikrina finansinio užtikrinimo susitarimas ir kuris suteikia teisę reikalauti sumokėti pinigus ir (arba) pateikti finansines priemones, ir (arba) su tokiomis finanasinėmis priemonėmis susietą turtą. Užtikrinamąjį finansinį įsipareigojimą taip pat gali sudaryti: 1) esamas, būsimas, sąlyginis arba numatomas įsipareigojimas (tarp jų įsipareigojimas, atsirandantis pagal pagrindinę (dėl bendrųjų principų) ar kitą panašią sutartį); 2) įsipareigojimas, kurį užstato gavėjui turi ne užstato davėjas, o kitas asmuo; 3) kartkartėmis atsirandantis tam tikro tipo ar rūšies įsipareigojimas. atitikmenys: angl. relevant financial obligations šaltinis Lietuvos Respublikos finansinio užtikrinimo susitarimų įstatymo pakeitimo įstatymas (Žin., 2011, Nr. 74-3540)
